BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Atanda is a versatile defence litigator. His diverse practice includes the representation of insurance carriers, banks for debt recovery, bankruptcy, real estate, entertainment and other large corporate entities whose operations could expose them to liabilities (such as product manufacturers, distributors, and real estate developers).
He has extensive experience defending clients in challenging disputes that are filed on the basis of insurance claims, negligence, gross negligence, professional malpractice, product defect, breach of warranty, fraud, and unfair, deceptive trade practices, Civil and Criminal Litigation generally. With cognate experience in matters relating to family law (not limited to divorce and custody), probate ( preparing and proofing of Will, letters of administration, grant of probate and probate search).
